Bamboli Beach Resort in Goa was the perfect setting for Ayushi and Amar’s wedding. Located close to the beach, the resort overlooked the Arabian Sea and lush vegetation. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, setting the tone for an intimate celebration full of warmth and love. The resort’s open spaces, vibrant décor and natural beauty made it an ideal setting for a beach wedding.

As wedding photographers on the go, we aimed to incorporate the natural beauty of Bambolim Beach Resort into every shot. Everything from capturing the sunlight streaming through the palm trees to the soft waves in the background made the couple’s story.

Happiness before marriage

Ahead of the big day, Aayush and Amar chose to have a pre-wedding photoshoot to capture the joy and happiness they felt before the wedding and the shoot was filled with laughter, playful moments and gentle looks. The Goan interest added a unique vibe to the pre-wedding photos, reflecting the couple’s personality and the beautiful bond they shared.

Ayush’s smile and Amar’s romantic look are perfect complements, and these moments became some of our favorite shots. Such pre-wedding portraits are essential to creating the perfect wedding affair, as pure expectations and love are needed before the official ceremony

The wedding day

Far from that, Ayush and Amar are about to find their happily ever after in a wedding that isn’t remotely enchanting. Joy persisted when Ayush dressed beautifully in bridal outfit ready to be ‘churied’. Seeing his confident bride, Amara couldn’t hide his happiness, although he tried desperately to do so. Situated near the ocean the ceremony was as if from some romantic movie. Any look that the two shared, any giggle or chuckle, was filled with so much love it could not be contained.

Thus, as their photographers, the fundamental idea was to shoot more than a set of rituals. Taking camera out of the context of ‘romance’, we concentrated on those simple striking moments that could describe the relations between Amar and Ayush as close friends, simple touches of Amar’s hand to Ayush’s palm, occasional genuine smiles, and glances during the ceremony. These moments I believe were the highlight of their wedding day, telling a story that pen can never put into words.

A quilt of emotions

The emotions precipitating the occasion were happiness, sorrow, and affection painted every scene of the ceremony. Everyone who mattered to the couple was in attendance, happy tears, joyful laughter, and bustle which can only be created by the presence of the people you hold very close to your heart. Everything from speeches to dance gave the feel and color to the celebration and made the day memorable.

Questioning these real emotions is what makes destination wedding photography so fulfilling. What could be a better bumper number for Ayush and Amar, as they embrace and get down on one knee and kiss in this rather genuine and real moment that is captured on camera.
